Why this exists

Most of what makes a training program work never shows up in the requirements. It lives in the program office: in the onboarding that went smoothly, the site visit that almost didn't, and the administrator who quietly held it all together.

This is where I share what that work has taught me, for program administrators, GME leaders, and anyone who cares about the people who do it.
